Return Warranty
We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a 30 calendar days return policy after you received the item (which is shown by the delivery information).
If you have any problems about the item you purchased, please contact our customer service department through e-mail: service@luckybop.com within 30 calendar days after receiving your order (which is shown by the delivery information). We will do our best to service your request.
I Return Process:
If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service: service@luckybop.com
Items can be returned or exchanged (excluding bags, beach blankets, towels, swimming rings, floaties, gift cards, items marked as flash sales and final sales) within 30 days of receiving your package.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
- Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 1 business day.
- Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
- If you do not provide sufficient information expecailly return tracking number, we have the right to reject your request for return. Thank you for your understanding and we deeply appreciate your cooperation.
II Return Policy:
- You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
- The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it sent out and it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
- We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 14 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
- Our swimwear comes with a removeable hygiene liner to ensure your safety - return items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed. Please try on your LuckyBop items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.
- Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
- We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- No exchange or return on promotional items.
III Exchange& Refund:
You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items.
Ⅳ Shipping Fee:
Luckybop is not liable for problems under the following:
Size doesn't fit.
Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.

- Refunds will be processed within 1-8 business days after we receive your package.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@luckybop.com.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed
